Ingredients
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch chives, thinly sliced
1/2
cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean the spruts
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Cook on high for 2 hours, 30 minutes. (or until the sprouts are as soft as you like them)
