1- 1.5kg boneless pork tenderloin
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1Place pork tenderloin into slow cooker.
2Combineall remaining ingredients.
3Pour over pork and cook for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
4Once cooked, remove and break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.
