
Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1- 1.5kg boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin into slow cooker.
- Combineall remaining ingredients.
- Pour over pork and cook for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
- Once cooked, remove and break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.
