This isn’t an oven recipe – you’d be best to invest in a slow cooker. They start from just $20

How can I cook this slowly in the oven?
I do not own a slow cooker

Iโ€™ve made this a few times. I find that it takes a full 48 hours in a very cold fridge to solidify to the right texture – itโ€™s then easy to cut and the taste improves too. If you can avoid the temptation for 2 days, it will be prefect fudge after that.

I personally make all my fudge in a 1.5L slow cooker
