1Cut slits into pork, place one or two pieces of apple in each slice.
2Place half remaining apple in bottom of slow cooker bowl, sit pork on top.
3Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork, drizzle with honey.
4Top with remaining apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5Cook on low for 6-7hrs (Crockpot 3.5L)
