Apple Cinnamon Pork – Dairy, Gluten, Lactose, Soy free
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork leg
- 4 apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup honey
- Pinch salt
- Pinch cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Cut slits into pork, place one or two pieces of apple in each slice.
- Place half remaining apple in bottom of slow cooker bowl, sit pork on top.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork, drizzle with honey.
- Top with remaining apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook on low for 6-7hrs (Crockpot 3.5L)
