Ingredients
1 boneless pork leg
4 apples, cored and sliced
1/2 cup honey
Pinch salt
Pinch cracked pepper
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
Cut slits into pork, place one or two pieces of apple in each slice.
Place half remaining apple in bottom of slow cooker bowl, sit pork on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork, drizzle with honey.
Top with remaining apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook on low for 6-7hrs (Crockpot 3.5L)
