1 Pumpkin cut into small chunks
2 Zucchini sliced
1 head of Broccoli cut bite sized
1 half Cauliflower cut bite sized
1 Onion chopped
1/2 Sweet potato peeled and sliced
2 Carrots peeled and sliced
Can diced tomatoes
Can chicken condensed soup
Mixed Italian herbs
1- 2 tsp Garlic
1Add everything except hash browns and cheese then top with hash browns and grated cheese
2Cook on high 4-6 hours
3Vegetarian version use pumpkin soup instead of chicken

This is awesome – we have had it 3 weeks in a row. We omit hash browns, cheese and carrot and instead use brussell sprouts (whole), 4 bean mix and our own mix of herbs. My partner absolutely adores it and it feeds the 2 of us for a whole week.
