5 hrs 5 mins
2 cups of pineapple juice
2 cups of brown sugar
4 tsp of balsamic vinegar
4 tsp of Dijon mustard
4 tsp of honey
Large ham. Leg in or boneless is fine
1Place pineapple juice in slow cooker
2mix in a bowl remaining ingredients
3Cover ham with brown sugar mix and put in slow cooker
4cook on low for approx. 5hrs
5PLEASE NOTE Ham is already cooked, so its just in there to get the flavour into it, if you need it sooner its fine to take it out
6Strain left over liquid into a saucepan, add cornflour to thicken.
7Drizzle over ham before serving
8The sauce is very sweet, so I wouldn't recommend using it too liberally :)

OMG absolutely delicious recipe Trudy Lowndes 😍😋😍 the ham was sooooooo amazing done this way!! Only changes I made were that I added 1lt of pineapple juice instead of 500mls and I used apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar 😊 Very impressed with the end result and was totally blooming fabulous served with cold pasta, potato and coleslaw salads on hotdog rolls 😋😍 Thanks so much for this recipe Trudy, it is a keeper 😁
