Gluten free almond meal, honey and blueberry cake
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free self raising flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup honey (melted)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries (could use any fresh or frozen berry)
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients together, add to dry with a fork.
- Then add blueberries and fold through.
- 90 mins on high tea towel under lid.
- Enjoy!
