Packet of sizzle steak
1Lay out sizzle steak then layer with as much garlic butter as you want.
2Then add some spinach, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
3Then roll up and to hold in place I used toothpicks.
4Cook for 2.5 hours on low

Another version we made in home ev in 1988 was beef spread with mustard and then a bacon strip and rolled up … Soo good

This was very nice. I served it with a salad. The meat stayed nice and tender. Recipe didn’t specify the cheese variety. I used cheddar and it mostly leaked out. I will probably try ricotta or even crumbled feta next time.
