Moroccan lamb (low calorie)
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 200g lamb leg steak diced (excess fat removed)
- 1 cup salt reduced chicken stock
- 4 tsp Moroccan seasoning
- Garlic
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 celery diced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 zucchini diced (will add in the last 1/2 hour of cooking)
- Handful of sultanas
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
