200g lamb leg steak diced (excess fat removed)

1 cup salt reduced chicken stock

4 tsp Moroccan seasoning


1 tbs tomato paste

1 celery diced

1 carrot diced

1 onion diced

1 zucchini diced (will add in the last 1/2 hour of cooking)

Handful of sultanas


1Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
