1Wash and slice potato, cauliflower and onion and put into a layer of each in the slow cooker.
2Repeat until all used.
3Mix the packet of cream of chicken soup, 250ml of water, table spoon of chives, table spoon of garlic powder, tablespoon of onion powder and sour cream in a measuring cup and pour over.
4Cook for 5 hours on low
5Mine was added to the oven to brown up a little.
