Ingredients

1kg chicken pieces of your choice (fillets, drums, wings whatever you like)

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 jar of apricot jam (approx 450g)

Directions

1Place chicken in slow cooker.

2Combine jam and taco seasoning well then pour over chicken.

3Cover and cook on low for 4-6hrs depending on your slow cooker

made this tonight it was delish kids loved it , we added a little sour cream and served like we would tacos , id add a little more taco seasoning if you like things a little more salty . will be def making again.

Made this tonight and it was a big hit! So simple and easy.
Made it with chicken thighs then shredded it and added it back into the sauce. Served in tortillas with sour cream, tomato, lettuce and avocado.

Had this tonight. It was soooo tasty and mighty easy to prepare. Had with mashed potato and the sauce was great with it. Definitely have again!!!

I did this tonight with whole chicken breast fillets and the shredded and added them back into the sauce for half an hour. Served in Taco Boats with lettuce, perino tomato halves, cheese, sour cream, avacado and Mexican salsa. Deicious!
