8 Chicken pieces skinless or with skin (you could also use a whole chicken)
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoons minced garlic
Cornflour to thicken
1Lightly spray slow cooker insert bowl with cooking oil spray
2Pat chicken dry and place inside the slow cooker.
3In a bowl, stir together all the other ingredients.
4Pour mixture over chicken, and cover.
5Cook chicken on low for 6 hrs if pieces, up to 8 hours if whole chicken or until cooked (slow cookers vary)
6Prior to serving I skim any excess oil and then thicken the liquid with cornflour paste for a sauce.

I made this tonight for dinner using chicken wings. It was ready in 4 hours, it was delicious. We had it with pasta

Depends on your cooker but assuming it’s not one of the extra slow ones then 4hrs should have them cooked through 🙂

Can this be cooked in a 3 – 4 hour time?

Great dish.. I made the recipe as is then about half hr before the dish was ready we 3/4 cooked the stir fry vegetables in a wok using some of the juices in the slow cooker then added it to the slow cooker 20min before serving.. I also boiled some noodles aldente then added them to the slow cooker and stired. My family loved it all!
