1Place potatoes, carrots & onion on bottom of pot. Take pork and make slits in crackling. Slice apple and stuff slices into slits. Place pork on top of veggies. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
2Take pork out when cooked and carefully take off crackling and place it on oven tray along with veg if you want them to crisp up a bit. They only need a few mins on a high setting.
3Your pork should fall apart with a fork. Serve with steamed veg & gravy. Enjoy!!
