Sushi karaage chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken ( thigh is best )
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 200ml soy sauce
- 100ml mirin
- 100ml cooking sake
- 1 box of cornflour
Instructions
- Combine liquids, ginger and garlic
- Place chicken in sc pour over liquid
- Cook till just cooked - 2hrs on HIGH
- Pour corn flour into a bowl
- Remove chicken from sc with a slotted spoon draining excess liquid
- Coat in cornflour shaking of excess
- Place in deep fryer , not touching
- Cook till crisp ( 1 to 2 minutes ) at 180
