1-2kg silverside piece
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
small onion sliced
small leek sliced
1 carrot sliced
1 stick of celery cut up + leaves
handful of shallots cut up
handful of coriander cut up
1Wash silverside under warm running water than add to the slow cooker
2Add all the ingredients and just cover to the top of the silverside with water
3Cook on low 6-8hrs in 6L slow cooker

That is nearly the same way we cook ours we add a couple of bay leaves salt and pepper, we do not use the coriander.
