Silverside

Ingredients
- 1-2kg silverside piece
- 10 cloves
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- small onion sliced
- small leek sliced
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 stick of celery cut up + leaves
- handful of shallots cut up
- handful of coriander cut up
- water
Instructions
- Wash silverside under warm running water than add to the slow cooker
- Add all the ingredients and just cover to the top of the silverside with water
- Cook on low 6-8hrs in 6L slow cooker

That is nearly the same way we cook ours we add a couple of bay leaves salt and pepper, we do not use the coriander.
Should the water be cold or hot?
Tap temp is fine 🙂
