EmailTweet 4 Full-screen Quinoa Granola Breakfast January 9, 2015 Quinoa Granola 0 0 5 0 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 2 hrs 15 mins 2 hrs 2 hrs 15 mins Yields: 6 Ingredients3 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup dry uncooked quinoa 1/4 cup honey 2 TB oil 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup dried fruits 1 cup coconut Directions1Mix honey cinnamon and oil, stir in quinoa. 2Mix until all the honey and oil is absorbed. 3Add oats. 4Pour into a slow cooker, cook on high 2 hours.Stirring often. 5Add fruit nuts and coconut.
