Quinoa Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup dry uncooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 TB oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup dried fruits
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- Mix honey cinnamon and oil, stir in quinoa.
- Mix until all the honey and oil is absorbed.
- Add oats.
- Pour into a slow cooker, cook on high 2 hours.Stirring often.
- Add fruit nuts and coconut. Stir, cool.
