Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup dry uncooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 TB oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruits
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions
 

  • Mix honey cinnamon and oil, stir in quinoa.
  • Mix until all the honey and oil is absorbed.
  • Add oats.
  • Pour into a slow cooker, cook on high 2 hours.Stirring often.
  • Add fruit nuts and coconut. Stir, cool.
