Honey & Garlic Carrots
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1kg carrots
- 3 Tblspns butter (anysort)
- 2-3 Tblspns Honey
- 1 large tspn of garlic
Instructions
- Peel and chop carrots into chunks or u can slice them.
- Add to SC add honey, garlic and butter put lid on.
- Cook for 3hrs on high
- So easy and adjustable to how many people u want to cook for. 🙂

Yummo!!! I halved the recipe & cooked on low instead of high in my 1l slow cooker.
Absolutely delicious….even my 4 year old fuss-pot enjoyed it (and requested it for tomorrow night).
Could I throw these in a dump bag on top of a roast?
Sure … in an oven bag or in a foil parcel you could 🙂
if I’m doing these in a dump bag with the lamb shanks, would they go well on all day on low while I’m at work, or should I make a trip home at lunchtime to add them?
Lunchtime would be ideal only because the carrot will be well and truly done long before all day 🙂
