I only used 6 snags, used fajita seasoning and red capsicum left out the corn but added pickled jalapenos because we like a bit of a kick. Served over mashed potatoes. It was a hit with my son and hubby so it gets a big tick at our house.

I really enjoyed this meal. I didn’t have any capsicum on hand but did have all other ingredients. Was even more delicious the second night. I served brown rice with it

This recipe was so easy, budget friendly and delicious. My fussy eater came back for seconds and a third serving. The whole family enjoyed them. Will definitely make again ❤️
