1 whole lambs fry sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
3 bacon rashers cut into bite size pieces
1Sear lambs fry, onion and bacon, place in slow cooker and make up gravy to cover.
2Cover with lid and cook for 4hrs on low, stir a few times during cooking

I haven’t tried this recipe yet but if you cut up a lambs heart and ad it to the recipe it is really nice addition

I normally cook lambsfry & bacon with tomatoes in the fry pan. I needed something for the slow cooker, this was really nice & will be a regular on our menu for sure. Ì sliced lambsfry about 2 cm thick & found 4 hrs was good. Thankýou

I made this on Sunday and it was delicious. I did fry the onions bacon and liver first. For gravy i used Bisto and it had a good flavour. Found it only needed 3 hours. But i did slice the liver thin.
