4 litres of stock
3 large celery sticks sliced
5 medium potatoes cubed
3 large carrots sliced
6 rashers of middle bacon diced
3 large garlic cloves diced
1 large onion diced
Half a packet of shell pasta
1 spring onion
1Pour stock into slow cooker.
2Add celery, potato and carrots.
3In a small pan, saut diced bacon, onion and garlic with a table spoon of butter.
4Once browned, add to slow cooker.
5Cook on low for 6hrs
6In the last hour of cooking, add pasta shells.
7Add salt and pepper to taste.
8Serve with fresh spring onion.

Love it!!! Added extra bacon and didn’t have spring onions but delicious.

Really yummy…. I didn’t have any celery or spring onion but this soup is delicious. I did add extra bacon and spiral pasta as no shells but really yummy.
