Ingredients

4 Veal Osso Bucco

3 Celery Sticks, roughly chopped

3 Carrots, roughly chopped

2 Tsp Garlic

2 Onions, diced

4 Bay leaves

400g Tinned Chopped/crushed tomatoes

375mL Beef stock

375ML White wine

65mL Tomato Paste

1/2 Sweet Potato diced, optional

Directions

1Combine all ingredients minus the Osso Bucco in your slow cooker and stir.

3Add Osso Bucco and spoon over sauce mix to cover.

5Put the lid on, and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until meat is falling from the bone,

7Serve with mashed potato.

9NOTE - If at the end, sauce needs thickening, remove meat from sauce mix, cover with foil. Pour sauce into a saucepan and simmer until it has reached your desired state on a medium heat, stirring regularly.
