Combine all ingredients minus the Osso Bucco in your slow cooker and stir.
Add Osso Bucco and spoon over sauce mix to cover.
Put the lid on, and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until meat is falling from the bone,
Serve with mashed potato.
NOTE - If at the end, sauce needs thickening, remove meat from sauce mix, cover with foil. Pour sauce into a saucepan and simmer until it has reached your desired state on a medium heat, stirring regularly.
