EmailTweet 11 Full-screen Danish meatballs in mushroom sauce Mince July 14, 2015 Danish meatballs in mushroom sauce 0 0 5 0 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 4 hrs 5 mins 4 hrs 4 hrs 5 mins Yields: 4 Ingredientsmeatballs: 500g pork mince 2 tbsp milk 1 egg 1/2 tsp onion salt 1 tsp steak seasoning/spice 1 tbsp parsley Sauce: 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 packet dry french onion soup mix 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Directions1Mix meatball ingredients together with a spoon, then form into small balls using your hands. 2Place into slow cooker. 3In a bowl mix together sauce ingredients and then pour over meatballs. 4Cook on low for four hours. 5Serve with pasta or vegetables. Loved this recipe. The only thing I changed was,I used condensed cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom soup.
