Ingredients

1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 pkt french onion soup mix (dry)

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup mushrooms roughly chopped

1 small onion diced

Directions

1Place chicken thigh fillets in bowl and add onions and mushrooms on top of the chicken

2Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken

3Cook on low for 4-6hrs depending on your slow cooker

4If you desire, take out chicken fillets and slice then return to the pot to stir through prior to serving

5If needed, thicken sauce by mixing 1 tbsp cornflour and a little water and stir through in last 30mins of cooking time.

This was absolutely beautiful!!! I shredded the chicken once cooked but it just practically fell apart anyway!!! Will definitely cook this again 🙂
