Yummo!
Delicious!!!! And sooo easy!
This was delicious, I omitted the onion and instead of 1 can of mango I did 1 and about 3 quarters of another, I also used chicken thighs with bones removed. It turned out beautiful at the end I removed the chicken cranked the sc up to high and added a mix of cornflour and a little water (just enough to dissolve the cornflour) to thicken. Will definatly make this again.
I made this tonight, it smelt great but wasnt a hit with my family. It was good to try something different.
What about if you cant get dry onion soup mix as in UK?
You can make your own HERE
So yummy ?
Was a hit in my house and it’s not to sweet either
I made Mango Chicken tonight with diced chicken breast and it was amazing. Cooking time was 3 hours.
I also add 1/2 a jar of Greens Mango chutney, was always a hit with my family
Can you substitute the onion soup six with something else.
I really do not like it
Made this yesterday using diced chicken thighs and added some frozen mixed veg and a heaped spoonful of curry powder. Served with creamy mashed potato and the plates were licked clean.
I tried this recipe tonight it worked really well but I think it needed more mango flavour so next time I will try and add in more mango flavour so how and also use chicken tigh as I used chicken breasts and it was a little dry
