This was absolutely beautiful!!! I shredded the chicken once cooked but it just practically fell apart anyway!!! Will definitely cook this again 🙂
We tried this for the first time tonight! It’s delicious! Whole family loved it, will definitely make again!
Trying this for the first time today. Do you trim any fat off the chicken thighs first or just put them in as they come?
Up to you, either is ok 🙂
Would this work with skinless chicken breast? Thanks.
Sure can 🙂 I find breast a little more dry so I prefer thigh fillets but you can use breast too
Could I possibly used Diced beef ?
Yes you can just give beef longer .. around 6-7hrs to be tender 🙂
One of my favourite meals ,never fails
I made this last night for the first time.. huge winner with the kids.. will be adding this to our favs yum ?
Made it for dinner today…It was bloody awesome..Will definitely be making it again..I used chicken breast and did not shred it and added cornflour slurry to thicken
Had this last night. I didn’t have any French onion soup so used a packet of cream of chicken instead. Turned out really nice and everyone loved it so I will do this again.
I cooked this for the 1st time last night n it was quite nice, I also added peas in the last hr n served with penne pasta which I cooked separately, drained n mixed through but I think ? I cooked too much pasta ??♀️ I’ll def cook it again though with less pasta lol ? thank you for sharing another lovely recipe with us Paulene ???
