  1. This was absolutely beautiful!!! I shredded the chicken once cooked but it just practically fell apart anyway!!! Will definitely cook this again 🙂

  2. We tried this for the first time tonight! It’s delicious! Whole family loved it, will definitely make again!

  3. Trying this for the first time today. Do you trim any fat off the chicken thighs first or just put them in as they come?

  4. I made this last night for the first time.. huge winner with the kids.. will be adding this to our favs yum ?

  5. Made it for dinner today…It was bloody awesome..Will definitely be making it again..I used chicken breast and did not shred it and added cornflour slurry to thicken

  6. Had this last night. I didn’t have any French onion soup so used a packet of cream of chicken instead. Turned out really nice and everyone loved it so I will do this again.

  7. I cooked this for the 1st time last night n it was quite nice, I also added peas in the last hr n served with penne pasta which I cooked separately, drained n mixed through but I think ? I cooked too much pasta ????? I’ll def cook it again though with less pasta lol ? thank you for sharing another lovely recipe with us Paulene ???

Halved this recipe for 2 of us. Added about 1tbsp of mint jelly as with other obsession recipes. Also added some frozen peas 1 hr before end and thickened with a few gravy granules at end. Served with mash. Very easy. Did not disappoint.

  9. This is yum as. One of our go to’s for quick and easy and tasty. I always just use time condensed chicken or mushroom; whatever I have on hand. Either is yum. I stir through peas and corn in the last hour and it makes a delicious pie filling, or sometimes chop in carrots and celery if I have more time.

  10. Made this for the first time tonight and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Everyone loved it.
Thanks Pauline for another great recipe and 🤩🤩

We have this regularly, I only use 1/2 pkt of soup mix & always low salt as otherwise we find it too salty. Usually add some frozen peas & beans about 3/4 hours before serving. It always goes down well.
