Ingredients

1.3kg chicken thigh fillets

300gm diced bacon

4x 300ml carnation cream for cooking

1/4 cup chicken stock

5 tbl spoons minced garlic

5 tbl spoons seeded mustard

2 avocados diced

500gm sliced mushrooms

3 spring onions

Parsley

Directions

1Sear chicken bacon and garlic

2Transfer to slow cooker

3Add cream for cooking, seeded mustard, chicken stock

4Cook for 3 hours on HIGH

5Add rest of ingredients

6Cook on LOW for further 3hours.

7Cook pasta separate and serve.
