Creamy garlic and mustard fettuccini
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1.3kg chicken thigh fillets
- 300gm diced bacon
- 4x 300ml carnation cream for cooking
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 5 tbl spoons minced garlic
- 5 tbl spoons seeded mustard
- 2 avocados diced
- 500gm sliced mushrooms
- 3 spring onions
- Parsley
Instructions
- Sear chicken bacon and garlic
- Transfer to slow cooker
- Add cream for cooking, seeded mustard, chicken stock
- Cook for 3 hours on HIGH
- Add rest of ingredients
- Cook on LOW for further 3hours.
- Cook pasta separate and serve.
