Creamy garlic and mustard fettuccini

  • 1.3kg chicken thigh fillets
  • 300gm diced bacon
  • 4x 300ml carnation cream for cooking
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 5 tbl spoons minced garlic
  • 5 tbl spoons seeded mustard
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 500gm sliced mushrooms
  • 3 spring onions
  • Parsley


  • Sear chicken bacon and garlic
  • Transfer to slow cooker
  • Add cream for cooking, seeded mustard, chicken stock
  • Cook for 3 hours on HIGH
  • Add rest of ingredients
  • Cook on LOW for further 3hours.
  • Cook pasta separate and serve.
