Ingredients

2-3 cloves of garlic diced finely

2 chicken breasts

4 rashers of bacon

300ml thickened cream

10 grape tomatoes

1/4 red capsicum

1/4 cup of peas

10 mushrooms

Bunch of parsley diced finely

Directions

1Lightly rown the chicken, bacon and garlic in a pan (optional but preferred)

2Place all ingredients except the cream, peas and parsley into the slow cooker

3Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2

4Place cream, parsley and peas in for the last 30 minutes and stir

5Cook pasta and stir through - serve.

6Salt and pepper to taste

I would cook as much pasta as your family needs to serve 3-4 (since that’s the recipe serves total)
As stated just stir through cooked pasta a few minutes before serving to heat through combine 🙂

Made this tonight again, only I added broccoli to the dish. So lovely . A family favourite.

Very flavoursome. I forgot the tomatoes & used Bulla Cooking Cream which made the sauce thinner than you would normally expect.

Well balanced flavours. Easy to make. I used Bulla Cooking Cream so the sauce was not as thick as you’d expect. Would consider adding broccoli to the next batch.
