Absolutely gorgeous. A big hit in our house, we all love it, even the 12 month old
Well balanced flavours. Easy to make. I used Bulla Cooking Cream so the sauce was not as thick as you’d expect. Would consider adding broccoli to the next batch.
Very flavoursome. I forgot the tomatoes & used Bulla Cooking Cream which made the sauce thinner than you would normally expect.
Made this tonight again, only I added broccoli to the dish. So lovely . A family favourite.
How much pasta and when do you add that?
I would cook as much pasta as your family needs to serve 3-4 (since that’s the recipe serves total)
As stated just stir through cooked pasta a few minutes before serving to heat through combine 🙂
This meal was absolutely delicious ! I had no grape tomatoes, peas or red capsicum so just used broccoli and added some Italian herbs and chilli flakes. Will definitely be making this dish on a regular basis. So easy to prepare with such a tasty outcome 🙂 Thanks so much Paulene for the inspiration from this group x
I followed the recipe except used chicken thighs and Carnation low fat cooking cream. I also added a load of green peppercorns & a little chilli.
I had to add a cornflour slurry near the end because the cream separated but it was not an issue.
Served it with fettuccine. Was very delicious.
