1 Sweet Onion
1 Can Tomato sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1Cut up all vegetables in nice chunks.
2Place in Crockpot
3Mix in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
4Stir till blended.
5Cook on HIGH for 1 hour
6Cook for a further 3 hours on LOW
7Season with garlic salt, pepper and onion powder.
8Serve over rice.
