Chunky vegetables in tomato sauce
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Squash
- 1/2 Cauliflower
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 Can Tomato sauce
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Instructions
- Cut up all vegetables in nice chunks.
- Place in Crockpot
- Mix in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
- Stir till blended.
- Cook on HIGH for 1 hour
- Cook for a further 3 hours on LOW
- Season with garlic salt, pepper and onion powder.
- Serve over rice.

Hi Paulene when you say a can of tomato sauce do you mean soup or pasta sauce. Thank you!
This one isn’t my recipe but I think maybe either could work? I’d probably go with the pasta sauce 🙂
