EmailTweet 13 Full-screen Chicken, Bacon and leek pasta Chicken, Pasta August 25, 2015 Chicken, Bacon and leek pasta 5 0 5 1 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 6 hrs 15 mins 6 hrs 6 hrs 15 mins Yields: 6 Ingredients3 chicken breasts, 4 bacon rashers diced, onion diced, 1 large leek, Tbs garlic, 2tbs whole grain mustard, Tspn ginger, 1 cup white wine, Tbs each chicken and gourmet vegetta stock Tub sour cream, pasta Directions1I did this all in my slow cooker as I have a searing one but you can do the searing in a pan . 2 3Dice onions and leek cook till onions are translucent and leeks soft 4 5Add everything else but sour cream to slow cooker on high for 1 1/2 hours then down to low. 6 7Take chicken out and shred then add it back in 8 9Just before ready, cook pasta as per normal on stove and add sour cream to slow cooker 10 11Serve and enjoy Submitted by Cheree Bone close full screen 00:00 1 Review Roslyn Huxley July 3, 2016 Love this! Love this! Admittedly I accidentally put half a bottle of wine in as I wasn’t paying attention (lol) but it still turned out quite yum!
