  • 1kg lamb chops with fat removed
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 425g can crushed tomatoes with herbs and garlic
  • 6 carrots halved
  • *recipe can be doubled and parsnips can be added


  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours I serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables 🙂
