French lamb casserole
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg lamb chops with fat removed
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 425g can crushed tomatoes with herbs and garlic
- 6 carrots halved
- *recipe can be doubled and parsnips can be added
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours I serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables 🙂
