Chicken, Bacon and leek pasta
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts,
- 4 bacon rashers diced,
- onion diced,
- 1 large leek,
- Tbs garlic,
- 2tbs whole grain mustard,
- Tspn ginger,
- 1 cup white wine,
- Tbs each chicken and gourmet vegetta stock
- Tub sour cream,
- pasta
Instructions
- I did this all in my slow cooker as I have a searing one but you can do the searing in a pan .
- Dice onions and leek cook till onions are translucent and leeks soft
- Add everything else but sour cream to slow cooker on high for 1 1/2 hours then down to low.
- Take chicken out and shred then add it back in
- Just before ready, cook pasta as per normal on stove and add sour cream to slow cooker
- Serve and enjoy

Love this! Admittedly I accidentally put half a bottle of wine in as I wasn’t paying attention (lol) but it still turned out quite yum!
