3 chicken breasts,

4 bacon rashers diced,

onion diced,

1 large leek,

Tbs garlic,

2tbs whole grain mustard,

Tspn ginger,

1 cup white wine,

Tbs each chicken and gourmet vegetta stock

Tub sour cream,



1I did this all in my slow cooker as I have a searing one but you can do the searing in a pan .


3Dice onions and leek cook till onions are translucent and leeks soft


5Add everything else but sour cream to slow cooker on high for 1 1/2 hours then down to low.


7Take chicken out and shred then add it back in


9Just before ready, cook pasta as per normal on stove and add sour cream to slow cooker


11Serve and enjoy

Love this! Admittedly I accidentally put half a bottle of wine in as I wasn’t paying attention (lol) but it still turned out quite yum!
