EmailTweet 12 Full-screen Chicken and veggie soup Soup September 8, 2015 Chicken and veggie soup 0 0 5 0 Prep: 20 mins Cook: 5 hrs 20 mins 5 hrs 5 hrs 20 mins Yields: 6 - 8 Ingredients6 x Chicken drumsticks 1x Can of chicken noodle soup ( or chicken noodle soup sachet) 3x carrot 3x potatoes 1x swede 1x sweet potato 1x parsnip 1x turnip 4 celery sticks 1x onion diced 100g mckenzie soup mix (split peas) 1 litre of chicken stock 1 litre of water Directions1Place drumsticks into SC 2Grate in all vegetables (chop the celery) 3Pour in the chicken noodle soup, chicken stock and water and put in your split peas. 4 5Cook on low for 4 hours, then remove chicken off the drumsticks and cook for another 1 hour.
