Ingredients
6 x Chicken drumsticks
1x Can of chicken noodle soup ( or chicken noodle soup sachet)
3x carrot
3x potatoes
1x swede
1x sweet potato
1x parsnip
1x turnip
4 celery sticks
1x onion diced
100g mckenzie soup mix (split peas)
1 litre of chicken stock
1 litre of water
Instructions
Place drumsticks into SC
Grate in all vegetables (chop the celery)
Pour in the chicken noodle soup, chicken stock and water and put in your split peas.
Cook on low for 4 hours, then remove chicken off the drumsticks and cook for another 1 hour.
