1 Taco Boat
cut spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
1In each boat add the ham, tomato, mushrooms and onion.
3Beat the 2 eggs and add to the ingredients
5Top with cheese
7Line the slow cooker with baking paper and place the boats into it.
9Cover with a tea towel and turn it on.
10Cook on 1 1/4 hours on high
12A few minutes before finished top with another layer of cheese.
14Remove, let stand for a few minutes and serve.

Wow Wayne these are amazing!! I seasoned with salt and pepper before cooking and were blown away with the result 😍 worked wonderfully, just popped in the oven for 10mins to crisp before serving 😋 brilliant boat 🚤 recipe we will make again and again 😀

Simple, easy and tasty !! Just the way I like it !!
Served for dinner with hot chips, salad and garlic bread.
Turned a few eggs into a filling meal.
