Ingredients

For the meatballs:

1 kg mince

A handful of chopped parsley ,oregano and basil

8 slices of salami sliced thin

1 tsp salt and pepper

6 slices of cheese

1 beaten egg

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Mix together all the ingredients and tear of a small piece of cheese and put it into each meatball

For the sauce:

1 x 800gm tin of heinz tomato soup

1 x 400gm tin of crushed tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

I grated carrot

1 diced onion

4 rashes of diced bacon

Directions

1Mix together all the ingredients and tear off a small piece of cheese and put it into each meatball

4Fry off onion ,garlic , bacon and carrot and add to the s/c ,cook 1 meatball and taste if it needs more seasoning ,add all ingredients to s/c on high for 2 hours ,then add tea towel under the lid and cook on low for 2 hours
