Orange Poppyseed Cake
Ingredients
- 50 grams butter
- 1 table spoon finely grated orange rind.
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2eggs
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 2 tablespoons poppyseeds
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat heat sc and line with baking paper.
- Mix altogether and put a tea towel under the lid!
- Cook on high for 2hrs

My variant on this is to use 8 g of skim milk powder and 1/3 cup orange juice, from the orange I grated to get the orange rind instead of 1/3 cup of milk.
