1Mix together all the ingredients and tear off a small piece of cheese and put it into each meatball
4Fry off onion ,garlic , bacon and carrot and add to the s/c ,cook 1 meatball and taste if it needs more seasoning ,add all ingredients to s/c on high for 2 hours ,then add tea towel under the lid and cook on low for 2 hours
