Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower cut up

4 slices bacon diced up

1 leek chopped

1 circle of Camembert I removed skin

Garlic salt and pepper

500ml Milk

500ml Chicken stock

Directions

1Place all ingredients into slow cooker in order of recipe

2Cook on high for 2 hours , then blitz and serve with extra crispy bacon and crouton

3Can also be cooked for 4hrs on low

Cooked this and loved it!
I added a spoon of minced garlic to mine and I left the skin on the cheese 🙂
I also didn’t blend the end soup as I LOVED it just as it was!

5 out of 5. I used 200g of blue cheese instead of camembert. So easy and soooo tasty.

Thanks Jayne. I really enjoyed this. I find I needed an extra hours cooking time on high,. Which is probably just my sc. I stuck to the recipe. I I’ll do this again, double the recipe and also add garlic.
