Lush caramilk chocolate fudge
3 blocks of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
1 can of condensed milk
1 400g bag of woolworths Choc Honeycomb
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of butter
1Add all ingredients into slow cooker except for honeycomb.
2Cook on low with lid off
3Stir with a metal spoon every 15mins till all combined and looks smooth and shiny.
4(In a 1.5L slow cooker this takes approximately 1hr 15mins on low but will cook faster in a large cooker)
5Pour into tray and crush up honeycomb pieces and scatter over top. Crush as much honeycomb up as you like no real measurement for this step.
6Set in fridge for 4hrs before cutting into squares
7I used my 5L Kmart slowcooker and cooked on low.

No need to line the slow cooker. You only line the baking dish you set it in (with non stick baking paper)

Absolutely delicious! But what will we do when there’s no more Caramilk? I guess I’ll just have to stock up on it! This fudge is too good to live without!
Thanks for the awesome recipe
the whole family loved it
