Caramilk Crunchie Fudge
Lush caramilk chocolate fudge
Ingredients
- 3 blocks of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 400g bag of woolworths Choc Honeycomb
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into slow cooker except for honeycomb.
- Cook on low with lid off
- Stir with a metal spoon every 15mins till all combined and looks smooth and shiny.
- (In a 1.5L slow cooker this takes approximately 1hr 15mins on low but will cook faster in a large cooker)
- Pour into tray and crush up honeycomb pieces and scatter over top. Crush as much honeycomb up as you like no real measurement for this step.
- Set in fridge for 4hrs before cutting into squares
- I used my 5L Kmart slowcooker and cooked on low.

Where do u get caramilk?
You can also substitute it with white choc like Cadbury Dream
Thanks for such a great recipe Crystal. The family loved it and rated it 10/10. Will definitely be making this again.
Was just wondering what size pan you used.
I usually set my fudge in a 20cm x 20cm baking tin
Thanks for the awesome recipe
the whole family loved it
Absolutely delicious! But what will we do when there’s no more Caramilk? I guess I’ll just have to stock up on it! This fudge is too good to live without!
Could I please ask when putting ingredients into slow cooker do you line cooker with baking paper first ?? Thank you ?
No need to line the slow cooker. You only line the baking dish you set it in (with non stick baking paper)
How long does this keep in the fridge please?
A couple weeks in fridge or months in freezer
amazing!!! nailed it 1st go!
Made it first go. Was delicious
Omg it is delicious ? & it turned out first go (just quietly, I’m pretty pleased with myself )?. Thank you Crystal for such an awesome recipe.
I haven’t made a fudge in years and my 8 year picked this one. We used voilet crumble instead of crunchie. Turned out amazing and my 3 boys are amazed at my hidden talent. Won’t last long in my household!
This was easy to do, and turned out delicious.
How many grams of caramilk and is it large tin of condensed milk?
The milk comes in cans of 395g and a block of caramilk is 180g per block 🙂
Delicious made it for a school work fund-raiser big hit!
My new fav fudge currently. Not sure I’ll be sharing much of this one.
I used 15 mini Crunchies, left out the butter.
OMG DELICIOUS!!
