1 whole deboned chicken
Camembert cheese, sliced in 4 length wise (rounds)
Handful spinach leaves
2 carrots, sliced in 3 length wise
10 cloves garlic, peeled
1Lay chicken out skin side down.
2Layer camembert, spinach, bacon and roll up.
3Lay carrot strips in bottom of slow cooker bowl and sit chicken roll on top.
4Sprinkle garlic around chicken.
5Cook for 5hrs on high (5.5L Sunbeam Slow cooker)
6*Optional*add 1tblsp of cornflour to juices with about an hour to go to thicken.
7Remove chicken to plate and mash juices, carrots and garlic to make a sauce.
