Ingredients
1 whole deboned chicken
Shortcut bacon
Camembert cheese, sliced in 4 length wise (rounds)
Handful spinach leaves
2 carrots, sliced in 3 length wise
10 cloves garlic, peeled
Instructions
Lay chicken out skin side down.
Layer camembert, spinach, bacon and roll up.
Lay carrot strips in bottom of slow cooker bowl and sit chicken roll on top.
Sprinkle garlic around chicken.
Cook for 5hrs on high (5.5L Sunbeam Slow cooker)
*Optional*add 1tblsp of cornflour to juices with about an hour to go to thicken.
Remove chicken to plate and mash juices, carrots and garlic to make a sauce.
